It’s important to us that our customers feel fully informed and confident when working with us. That’s why we’ve made an extensive list of past customers’ questions along with answers from our experienced team. Shipping times: We only ship on Fridays. If your order is ready and fulfilled on a Saturday, then postage wont happen until the following Friday. If you need your item earlier, please contact us via e-mail.  

Unfortunately not. As the majority of our items are made to order, the turnaround times remain the same regardless of the shipping option selected. The express post option is intended to expedite the delivery of your order once is has been shipped.

In order to maintain our high level of customer satisfaction and customer service, we do in fact send replacement items at no extra cost to you should your item arrive broken, provided you are able to provide sufficient photograph evidence of the damage (with the original packaging to be included in those photographs) immediately upon receipt of the damaged item. An email containing all relevant information should be sent to us should this occur.
